I'm Tom O'Donnell. I grew up in New Jersey, and a few years ago my wife and I put down roots right here in Camden County. We weren't looking for a perfect house. We were looking for one with bones worth saving.

That photo is us at our own fixer-upper — drop cloths on the floor, tools in the corner, Gus supervising. We're not flipping from a distance. We're in these houses, getting our hands dirty, because we genuinely love the character of the older homes in this part of South Jersey. The trim work, the wide plank floors, the solid construction that just doesn't exist in new builds.

I started Tom Buys Jersey Homes because I kept seeing homeowners stuck in situations the traditional market couldn't handle — inherited houses that sat empty, properties that needed more work than an owner could take on, families who needed to move fast and couldn't wait months for a buyer with financing. I wanted to offer a simpler path.
